These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and hi333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the hi333 platform, including all betting products, casino games, payment features, bonuses, promotions, and any other services offered through hi333.club.

2. Account Registration and Security

To place bets or access real-money games on hi333, you must register and maintain a single verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

Account Accuracy

Account Security

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed upon detection.

Withdrawal Rules

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited in the denomination specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion. Free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money directly — only the resulting winnings, once the rollover is satisfied, may be withdrawn.

5. Betting Rules

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All content on hi333.club — including but not limited to the hi333 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hi333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9. Limitation of Liability
